Located in Defiance Ohio, Catherine runs a family-owned business called SensiPal. She started the company in late 2017 after her son,  Elijah, was diagnosed with High Functioning Autism. When her family realized how expensive sensory products were, her family decided to attempt crafting some items themselves. 

SensiPal is runout of a spare bedroom in her home, where Catherine makes or assembles every item they sell by hand. SensiPal has all sorts of helpful items that can help soothe restless bodies, like compression sheets, weighted plush toys, fidget toys, and therapy putty. She recently purchased the 22" Cuddle Quartet and removed some of the stuffing and added some weighted beads to it. Creating a more convenient and cuter alternative to a weighted blanket. In the email, Catherine attached a picture of her son (and self-declared CEO of SensiPal) holding the weighted Cuddle Quartet.
